road closures, detours, and heavy delays along the Ben Franklin Bridge and
Camden County roadways leading toward Cooper River Park. Sailors traveling to
CRYC that morning should plan alternate routes and allow extra time.
WinterFest Setup at Cooper River Park
WinterFest’s physical setup begins in mid‑November. While it does not block
boat launches, parking near the rink area may become more congested on Sundays.
