Cooper River Yacht Club has the following types of memberships:
All New members pay a joining fee of $150 ($50 for junior members).
Sailing class students may be credited $50 off the joining fee.
• Memberships entitle members to all privileges of membership and a key to the gates
• You may attend all club functions
• For an additional fee, store your boat in the boatyard
• Members can also use club owned kayaks and canoes if available
Regular Membership - For individuals or families including all members of your immediate household - $300.
Senior Citizen Membership - for those who have a household member over the age of 65 - $250.
Junior Membership- For those who have not reached the Age of 18, or are a full time undergraduate student.- $90.
Community Sailing Memberships
Same as memberships above.
In addition Community Sailing members can use club owned sailboats that they are qualified on, when boats are reserved and available.
Community Sailing Memberships include:
Regular Community Sailing Membership- For individuals or families including all members of your immediate
$600 ($300 for membership & $300 for community sailing)
Senior Citizen Community Sailing Membership- for those who have a household member over the age of 65 -
$500 ($250 for membership & $250 for community sailing).
Junior Community Sailing Membership- For those who have not reached the Age of 18, or are a full time undergraduate student. $315 ($90 for membership & $225 for community sailing).
